Introducing Personal Fitness and Nutrition Coach, Malia Melody!
Malia has a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Nutrition Science from California Polytechnic State University San Luis Obispo, over 500 hours of training as an Advanced Yoga Teacher, and is a certified Ayurveda Wellness Counselor. She has over nine years of experience with life coaching, nutrition counseling, personal training and teaching yoga.
Malia chooses to devote significant energy toward her service to others including: nutrition, fitness, yoga, Ayurveda (TIM) for a holistic, integrative healing approach to help others truly own the quality of life they deserve with health and happiness.
